health surprise

I’ve been doing pretty good with getting minimal exercise. but I have been doing go about eating better at lunches. The weekends are kind of train wreck as I munch more and eat worse than I do during the week. Also I allow my self to drink on weekends so I’m sure how much that hurts.
Well today I got on the scale and had a big surprise. I only weighed 194.5
which would be a 2 pound drop from last week. I didn’t expect it, in fact after the weekend I kind of expected to go up. Hopefully it wasn’t something weird in the scale, I will trust it more if I’m the same weight or lower
tomorrow.
