Weekend was kind of a flop for me. I had beers on Friday, only 2, and then I went skating, however not much exercise since I was skating with my daughter.
saturday and sunday I didn’t drink at all and ate pretty good. however since it was snowing all weekend, I didn’t get much exercise. I did a little with the kettle bells last night but that was about it.
I’ll see what happens this week. I didn’t have time to shop for lunch today so I had quiznos, but at least that is better than other fast food places… I think
