so I’m doing good without the coffe and my body is much better for it.
Beer not doing so good
although I think I’ve convinced myself that beer only on the weekends
Fast food I’m doing good but I’m going to have to go to target again today and load up on everything I need for the week.
I went to lifetime fitness on wednesday for a 2 hour workout, including a 30 minute run
I also went on a 2mile hike on saturday, carrying a 50lb child for probably half of it.
and a run and wind sprints on sunday.

you should train to do a biathlon! How are you with the simming? Or enter some 5k’s

I could do a 5k now, I want to get up to be able to do a 10k. I can swim fine, but I’m not graceful by any means.
It is one thing that I wish I could do better,
