Fish from fishing trip

Well I bbq’ed up some of the fish I brought back from the trip. Lots of people were telling me that I would be amazed how it tasted because it would be so much better then store bought, or farmed fish. I really didn’t notice much difference in taste, what I did notice was alot of bones 
but oh well it did taste good. One thing that I did notice is the pieces I have are alot thicker than ones you get in the store so it took alot longer to cook than before.
I’ll have to try a bunch of different recipes in the next little while to see how best to prepare, on the weekend I cooked it simply in lemon butter,
