Black Berry Curve UMA

Okay I have found the most useful thing about the blackberry curve 8320. I have used the uma before and thought it was a cool cost saving measure but now I’ve experienced the added convinience benefit. While travelling I have the experience where I’m in the air port in prince rupert and I have no cell service. However they do have wifi. I connected to the wifi and uma came up perfectly and now I can send and receive calls normally even though there is no cell service.

After this I have thought and I can think of 2 or 3 other situations where I’ve had wifi but not cellular and was frustraded I couldn’t make a call. Now I will be able to.
