So we have everythign working now, the problem why my handheld wasn’t syncing had to do with the phone. I re-initialized everything and now its working fine.
so far I’m very happy with the curve, the email works great and fast, the sound quality is great and so far my only complaint is no solitaire

it does have a cool breakout game though
