Rackspace Hosting

Whatever you do never host with them, the machines they set up for you are so old they go down all the time, also trying to cancel your account is impossible, I have sent numerous emails and called every month and still I cannot get my account cancelled.

So, what domain do you host with RackSpace…obviously not this one.

No I hosted one for work that I needed set up for a demo, which I needed guarantee of 100% up time. We had it running for about 3 months on their server, until we needed a specific hardware requirement that they couldn’t meet, so we moved it in house.
I just finally got them to send me an email saying they will cancel it and credit me back the 3 months in server fees from march 2, hopefully that happens because they have told me that on the phone 3 times.
