Another Problem with the petsafe collars

I had another new problem with the collars this weekend, went and looked and one of the dogs collars is missing the battery.
They switched the new collars so the batteries are not internal to the collar they are not attached to the outside with their own housing.
Obviously I liked them better being inside and screwed together as now I have one collar where the battery has come completely out.
