Petsafe dog collars

They really should go to a buckle instead of those plastic snaps. I understand that the plastic snaps are easy to take on and off but with my dogs, my old ones and my new ones, when they get playing and biting on each others necks they break the claps really easily. When I had my old fence within 6 months all dogs were using new collars which I cut holes in to accept the receivers. Currently I have one dog without a collar because I need todo that with his.

Good thing is once the dogs are trained for the fence they do stay around. The dog with the broken collar hasn’t had a collar on now for about a week and a half, however he hasn’t crossed the barrier either. I can safely call that a sucess of keeping the dogs in the yard.
