On top of my Ubuntu frustrations, now I’m getting tons of problems with vista. Outlook keeps having to rebuild my index. so when I try to search for things nothing shows up. The Rebuild only takes about 5 hours to complete. and it rebuilt yesterday and now is re doing it again today.
At least yesterday I found out how to have it rebuild the outlook index in vista.
Click on start then type index in the search bar (don’t press return as that will screw everyting up) select indexing options
click modify then un check the outlook line
click ok
Then Click advanced then click rebuild
