Linux desktop day 2

Only 3 problems on day 2, all were fixed easily.
1.  Sound did not work.  Changed it to be USB and it worked, I have no idea why, but it worked and thats all I cared about
2.  They couldn’t access a pop email account, ends up they were using the wrong username and password [...]
