I think my ordeal with GMAC is finally over.

When I traded my wifes car in 4 months ago the dealership who I purchased the jeep from bought out the lease for my wifes trade in. The problem was a month later I got a bill from GMAC for the overdue milege on the lease for a small amount of $10,000. O_o. We have been trying and trying to get it taken off, obviously we shouldn’t have to pay the milege as we bought the car out, not handed it back in. Everyone at GMAC said the same thing, you are right you shouldn’t have been charged. Thanks so you will credit the account. Nope sorry I’m not authorized to do that. Who can ? I don’t know… grrrrrrrrrrr

Anyway I got an email on Friday that it finally has been credited, and should be zeroed on my credit report by mid week? this was causing me alot of stress so I’m happy that its finally over with, or at least appears to be.
