Workout

I worked out today for the first time prior to work. Really fast I didn’t have that much time, I ran for 30 minutes then lifted weights for about 20 minutes. Just hitting all the main points and not much rest in between sets. An hour is really not enough time but I don’t want to get up even earlier on those days if I can help it.
I guess anything is better than nothing, and its the cardio that I really need at this point.
