Bowling

I went bowling on the weekend, for the first time in a very long time. First thing that always surprises me is the cost of bowling. For me and the two daughters to bowl 3 games it cost around $100.00 when you include food (which sucks) and shoe rental (do people actually have their own?) Second once you get to the lane everything is good, before that it was just a uncordinated mess.

We went to the brunswick zone, a new bowling alley near the park meadows shopping center in south Denver.

Bowling was fun when it was in cosmic bowl mode, black lights on, and lights off, however during our last game they ended that and normal lights came on. After being in the dark the transition sucked and wasn’t nearly as much fun. I’ll have to plan it better so we are there during cosmic time. This must be the same for most people as when we arrived it was packed, after the lights came back up, it was empty.
