Crisis

Well it was a crisis but not no more.

Came home on the night of the 21st and the wife said something weird had happened. When she was here a van was sitting out side of our house. She went out to find out who it was but the guy would not roll down his window. It was suspicious but not too much for her to do something about it.

So she tells me about it when I get home, so I go looking in the garage, keep in mind its dark so I’m searching through things with a flash light. Oh and its cold, damn cold.:) So I notice that now all the hardwood flooring is gone. So of course we jump to the conclusion that the mysterious van stole all of the hardwood. (We have been told that people stealing from job sites is very common, usually not on additions as the homeowners are there but from new construction). We call the builder and get voicemail. So all night we think we are out a big chunk of change.

Fast forward to the next morning, get a call from the builder. He has the hardwood, he took it because he thought someone might steal it. The mysterious van turns out to the be the flooring guys just loading up their tools so they won’t sit there over the holidays, don’t know why he wouldn’t roll down his window.

Oh well just some more made up drama
