Insurance companies

How stupid are insurance companies.

I have 3 moles that I need to get removed because they may become cancerous. My doctor is 1/2 hour away from either my house or work. So to go to the doctor takes 1 hour driving time, plus time in the waiting room and time in the office. Probably 2-3 hours easy to get it taken care of.

I tried to book an appointment today and hoped to take care of them all in one appointment. Instead I am told that my insurance requires that they can only do one procedure per visit, which means I need to make 3 different appointments rather than 1. which means it will take an extra 6 hours from my life, business and family.

I think I’m just going to go to a doctor and not put it through insurance, remind me why I have that again, so that I dont’ have to waste my time.

I hate insurance companies.
